Lamegla Laminated Glass

Description

Lamegla is the trademark of laminated glass from Yildiz Cam, produced by combining two or more panes of glass with polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ionaplast (Sentry Glas) interlayers.

When broken, laminated glass tends to keep splinters in place, minimizing the risk of injury caused by shattered glass. This safety feature is why it is referred to as safety glass. Lamegla is produced in compliance with the EN14449 standard.

Laminated safety glasses can either prevent (EN12600) or slow down (EN356) break-ins, depending on the thickness of the PVB, Ionaplast, and glass, as well as the extent of the attack. Therefore, it is recommended for use in:

Shop windows
Overhead glazing
Glazing up to 80 cm above floor level
Floor-to-ceiling glazing (without any frame in between)
Glazing in doors and adjacent to doors
Laminated glass can reduce UV radiation by up to 97%, protecting fabrics from fading thanks to the PVB and Ionaplast layers. For locations such as botanic gardens where UV transmission is needed, UV-transmitting PVB and Ionaplast options are available.

PVC wall panels are easy to clean and maintain their original appearance for years. With various color and pattern options available, these panels cater to every style and taste. Their lightweight nature ensures they do not add extra load to the walls and can be quickly mounted using any adhesive. Additionally, PVC panels are effective in sound and heat insulation, making living spaces more comfortable.

For those tired of traditional painted walls, PVC wall panels offer a practical and economical alternative. Versatile enough for both residential and commercial use, these products add a modern touch to décor while providing a durable, long-lasting solution.
